Akiyama printing presses were originally sold by Maruka Corporation in Cerritos, California until the company later set up its own sales corporation. More recently, Akiyama was acquaired by a Chinese company and today much of Akiyama production goes to China. Nonetheless, these fine presses are still sold in the USA and parts are readily available.
